Profile Extrusion Services

Metal profile extrusion forms continuous lengths of material by forcing heated metal - typically aluminium - through a shaped die to create consistent cross-section profiles. It is ideal for high-strength, lightweight components that must maintain uniform geometry along their length. Standard tolerances generally fall around ±0.25-0.5 mm depending on wall thickness and profile complexity, while precision dies and controlled cooling can achieve ±0.1-0.2 mm on critical sections.

Extrusion is widely used for structural frames, rails, channels, heatsinks, enclosure bodies, architectural components and assemblies where long, repeatable profiles provide both mechanical stability and efficient production.
